BABY 81

I pass this on intact from Joe Hanak; it reveals just about all
we need to know in regards belief.

I assume you’re somewhat aware of the story of “Baby
81” from the tsunami. This baby was found amid debris
and corpses shortly after the tsunami hit and all
these different people and couples were claiming it.

Anyhow, the story today is that the baby will be
reunited with the proper biological parents after they
did DNA tests to determine everything.

Below are the last two paragraphs of the story that I
thought you might find interesting:

“Jenita said that as soon as she regains custody of her
son Wednesday, she will fulfill vows to smash 100
coconuts at a temple of the elephant-headed Hindu god
Ganesh, offer sweet rice to the warrior god Murugan
and kill a rooster for the goddess Kali.

“‘Then, we’ll decide what to do next,’ her husband
said.”
