| YET ANOTHER MUSIC PREVIEW PAGE Thanks to facebook's “improvements,” I can no longer add any songs to my music player as of March 16, 2009. So I will add them here. This music is a portion what's been created in the first 10 weeks of 2009, all created by my feeble brain and played with my own fumbling fingers. The ambient guitar offerings here are also from this period. Lest you think I am in a rock rut, try the cinematic Jobs 2 with violin, created March 16 at 2 p.m. It's easy to overdo violin; I think I kept it in check this time. No loops in any of these selections aside from some percussion! ROCK SHORTS FOR USE WITH ROCK HALL COVERAGE Anything with “very short” in the title is probably going to work best. Rock snippet 1, very short Chapel of Rock, full version ORCHID GARDEN SONGS (some might work for jobs project) Orchid 1 JOBS PROJECT MUSIC OFFERINGS Jobs 1 (could be broken in pieces)
*FULL DISCLOSURE: At the top of this page I say there are NO LOOPS (aside from drums) in any of these songs. Well, “Over Hill and Dale” is an older song that never got used and seemed such a natural for the Rock Hall project that I brought it out of retirement. It has a few rhythm guitar loops. However, I added 12 more tracks of my own: lead guitar, two crucial bass parts, a 12-string rhythm part, keyboards, which you hear in the middle, and other things. So, for full disclosure, this song is my composition but only about 90% my playing. An added note on the project: At this point it looks like we'll have five slide shows on the Web, one for each full-length song above, corresponding to different eras in rock.
